Our multi-unit protocol

1. Inspection of the affected unit and its neighbours

   Above, below and on each side: those are the first to check.

2. Written intervention plan

   You know which units are treated, in what order and on what schedule.

3. Communication to occupants

   We provide preparation instructions to hand out to tenants, in French and English.

4. Treatment and follow-up

   Coordinated intervention followed by control visits to prevent re-infestation from one unit to another.

• Intervention reports for your records.

We know what a building's reputation is worth. Our visits are made without loud identification and without commentary in the common areas.
